Landscapes to Draw Easy for Kids | Step by Step

Prerequisites

  • Paper
  • Black Pointer
  • Color Pencil Set

Step 1: Draw the House

Begin with drawing a parallelogram. Extend two lines on the upper right corner of the parallelogram. Draw parallel vertical lines to make a house shape. Join all vertical lines with a partial horizontal line. Extend this line to a negative angle. You can use a reference image for more details.

Step 2: Draw Houses and Windows

Draw a bigger parallelogram and repeat the first step. Draw a window in the 2nd house shape using rectangles and square shapes. Also, draw a window using square shapes in the first house. Head to the lower portion of 2nd house and draw a window with rectangular shapes.

To draw the third house:

  1. Extend the horizontal line from the middle of the upper portion of the 2nd house.
  2. Draw a diagonal line downwards.
  3. Take it back horizontally to the middle of the lower portion of the second house.
  4. Draw the door of the last house with a rectangular shape.

Step 3: Draw the Trees

Beginning with a tree, draw two curvy lines from the bottom of the third house in an upwards direction. Draw the base of branches with half circles in the middle and both ends. Extend the three zig-zag lines in the circle to make the top of the trees.

Next, drawing the trees in the background use horizontal wavy lines. The trees must be reflected in the background of the houses and the big front tree.

Step 4: Coloring the House

In this step, color the roof of the houses. I use the red color to fill the roofs. However, you can use any color you wish.

Step 5: Do Purple Color on the Walls

After coloring the roof and coloring the walls of the first and the third house, I used purple color. It is not compulsory to use purple color. You can use whatever color you want.

Step 6: Color the Windows, House and the Tree

At this stage, apply the blue color to the windows of each house. Besides this, do blue color to the door of the last house. Apply orange color to the middle house. To color, the tree’s stem, use a dark brown shade.
